Hey guys! So today I am writing about the giant panda which was recommended by Becky Hill. The stereotype of the giant panda about loving bamboo is true. It actually takes 28 pounds of bamboo to fulfill a giant panda's daily dietary needs. Wild pandas live only mountainous regions in central China. The bamboo forests are wet and cool and that us exactly how the pandas like it. When pandas eat they normally eat in a position as if they were humans with their hind legs stretched out in front of them. It is mostly unknown, but pandas are amazing swimmers and very efficient climbers. Pandas are born white but later start to develop their well-known color.

Hi everybody. I am so sorry that it has been six months since my last blog. I got caught up with school and all of my extra-curricular activities. So today I have decided to write a blog about the Sumatran Tiger. The Sumatran Tiger is a tiger located on the Indonesian island of Sumatra. They are known as the smallest tigers on earth. As of right now, they are listed as critically endangered. Ninety-nine percent of the time they will live in a forest. The other one percent they live in a grassland with dense underbrush. Recent studies show that there are only 400 tigers left. Here is a shout-out to Chuck Poole for recommending to do the Sumatran Tiger. As always, you can donate to the WWF(World Wildlife Fund) and don't forget to comment down below and leave a suggestion of an endangered animal you want to learn more about.
Hey. Sorry it has been such a long time since I have posted a blog. Today I have chosen to write about the fennec fox. The fennec fox is not known as much as other endangered animals such as the polar bear or the sea turtles.
They are normally a tan/red/orange color which helps them blend into their biome of the Sahara desert. The fennec fox is the smallest species of fox and its ears are almost twice the size of their bodies. The ears are big so that it is easier to hear prey that lives underground and to let heat out of their bodies in the hot sun. They live in burrows underground. As always, you can help save endangered species including the fennec fox by donating to the WWF(The World Wildlife Fund). Don't forget to leave a comment below to tell me what animal I should write about next In this first blog I’m just going to tell you a little bit about me, but in my next blogs I will talk about endangered animals and how to save them. I was born in Kansas. I love to sing and play my violin. On this website I hope to help reduce, minimize, and maybe even stop endangerment. I have been planning to make this website since I was in fourth grade and now I’m almost in seventh grade. My favorite animals are the sea turtle, the polar bear, the fennec fox, and great panda.
